Mastercam's 3ax Deburr add-on is available for Mastercam 2025 and later, and can be added to any Mill, Mill 3D, Router, or Router 3D license. 

Note: as of Mastercam 2025 update 4, additional tooling is now supported. Supported tooling includes ball endmills, tapered ball endmills, chamfer tools, dovetail cutters, and lollipop tools.
